Return Period
Online purchases are subject to a 3-day return policy, due to the nature of our products. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.Condition of Items
Items being returned must remain unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned under any circumstances.Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive an incorrect item, we will issue the correct product at no additional charge. The original, incorrect item must be returned to Sedora in its original, sealed packaging.Transit Damages
We are not responsible for damages that occur during transit. If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must lodge a complaint within 24 hours, including photographic evidence. Complaints can be sent to complaints@sedora.co.za.Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 business days once the return has been approved and received.
