Purpose

• To provide education on lifestyle and retail recommendations suited to Guest needs

Specific requirements

• Minimum 1-year Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology / Health & Skincare / Somatology qualification from an accredited and approved training provider (Certificate or Diploma, NQF Level 4 – 6).
• Training provider to be registered with either of the following; HET, FET, Services Seta, SAAHSP,ITEC or any other equivalent.
• Confident in ALL forms of therapies; Facial Therapy including Brow and Lash Tint, Waxing and Threading, Manicure and Pedicures, Massage Therapy and Lash Extensions.

Basic requirements

• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to accurately analyse and execute the correct treatment plan according to the Clients needs.
• Ability to prescribe home care products according to the client needs.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organised, good time management and attention to hygiene standards.
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Focused on relationship building.
